Still Point Wellness is named after the Still Point in Craniosacral Therapy.

The Still Point is a momentary pause or space in the Craniosacral rhythm where the cerebrospinal fluid stops moving for a brief moment. This is believed to be a time when the body's self-healing mechanisms can activate, allowing for deep relaxation, release of tension, and an opportunity for healing.
